This winch tray bolts directly to the chassis rails and give a firm hold to winch and get recovered from
Fully bolt on kit with instructions, with minor drilling needed
Comes fully Zinc plated and then powdercoated black to prevent corrosion
Winch tray has been tested with the TMAX 9000 winch and fits with no modification to the body / chassis only small amounts of cutting of the front bumper to clear the winch plate / fairlead
We use two winch bolt patterns pre drilled and takes upto 20mm shackles and will fit models with AIRCON :-
· 10" x 4.5" (254mm x 114.3mm) – This is the most common PCD, used by many popular winch brands such as Warn, Smittybilt, and Superwinch.
· 6.5" x 4.5" (165.1mm x 114.3mm) – This is another common PCD, often found on smaller or medium-sized winches and on some specific off-road winch plates.
Please note does not fit Diesel models
Does not fit new 2019 Gen 4 JB74 models
If you have a later 2013/2014 on Jimny with the Bonnet Scoop and facelift bumper you will need to pick the facelift kit as it has longer tow points and different bolt pack.
NOTE there seems to be a very rare "BOX SECTION" style of front chassis that so far we have only had reports of being in Australia, to fit this kit to this model you would need to cut into the box section so you can bolt together the winch plate, please see photo below
