2" / 50mm Suzuki SJ / Samurai Black Raptor Full Suspension Lift Kit

This Black Raptor lift kit allows you to lift your SJ / Samurai up by 2" / 50mm giving it a better stance, and better "off road" ability with longer shocks for extra articulation, and contains all the parts needed to give a full 2" / 50mm lift with no extra parts needed.
 
The springs have the complete range of heat treatment processes, hardening, quenching and tempering, are all digitally controlled to ensure the correct hardness is achieved. Full shot peening, pre-setting and load testing ensure a long and fatigue free life.
 
The Black Raptor and Old Man Emu standard springs are nice and flexi and not stiff, and give a good ride (as good as can be on leaf springs!), and we also have an OME Heavy Duty spring set ideal for winch bumpers / winch.

Our springs in the listing are for the standard 1.0 or 1.3 engine, if you have the 1.9 Diesel or any type of engine conversion its worth messaging us first as OME have extra spring leafs that can be fitted to help with heaver engines and conversions etc etc
  
This kit comes with Black Raptor shocks. These gas charged shocks are matched specifically for the SJ / Samurai to give the best ride possible.
The Black Raptor shock absorbers are designed with an integrated dust cover to eliminate the risk of any dust or debris damaging the shock, this also eliminates the need to buy boots/gators to protect your shock absorbers.
A Black Raptor decal pack is also included in the kit free of charge

The kit has a few options as described below

U Bolts

A set of U bolts can be included complete with nuts, and in the combination of 6x small U bolts and 2x Larger U bolts (2x larger for front axle nearest to the diff)
This is the most common U bolt setup but if yours had been changed / modified or is a very early model its worth checking the U bolts to see what sizes you have, its worth going out and measuring the size of them.
These come in aftermarket and OME versions

Spring Plates

A choice of aftermarket spring plates with new nuts, in case your old ones are damaged

Leaf Spring Bushes

A set of new leaf spring bushes to replace tired old bushes, available in aftermarket rubber, OME Polyurethane bushes and Superpro Polyurethane bushes

Leaf Spring Bolt Set

A set of replacement bolts for all the leaf springs, ideal if you have to cut the old bolts out
