Wide Offset – Approximately 25mm Further Out

A common factory 17" Grand Vitara wheel specification is 17x6.5J ET45. These aftermarket wheels are 17x7J ET26, so they are both slightly wider and have a lower offset.

Compared with a standard 17x6.5J ET45 wheel, the outer edge of this wheel will sit approximately 25mm further out on each side. The inner edge also sits approximately 13mm further away from the suspension, providing additional inner clearance.

Across the vehicle, this gives approximately 50mm of additional overall wheel stance compared with the standard 17x6.5J ET45 setup.

In terms of the outer wheel position, this gives a similar effect to fitting approximately a 25mm wheel spacer behind the standard wheel, but achieves the wider stance through the wheel width and offset itself rather than using a separate spacer.

Modular 4x4 Style

The classic black modular steel wheel design works particularly well on the Grand Vitara, giving the vehicle a tougher and wider 4x4 appearance. They are a great choice for standard vehicles as well as Grand Vitaras fitted with all-terrain or off-road tyres.
