A full 4" / 100mm suspension lift kit for the Gen 4 Suzuki Jimny from 2018 onwards, after many 1000's of miles of testing we have a fully bolt on kit.
This kit allows you to lift your Jimny up 4" giving it a better stance, and better "off road" ability with longer shocks for extra articulation, and contains all the parts needed to give a full 4" lift with no extra parts needed.
With only small amounts of trimming on the front bumper you can fit 31" tyres quite easily
The UK made springs have the complete range of heat treatment processes, hardening, quenching and tempering, are all digitally controlled to ensure the correct hardness is achieved. Full shot peening, pre-setting and load testing ensure a long and fatigue free life.
The springs are nice and flexi and not stiff, and RHD drive models have the longer spring to compensate for the "jimny lean", and are slightly uprated to cope with the extra height and extra weight drivers can carry on offroading trips.
The kits come with specific LHD and RHD springs.
Comes with Black Raptor's excellent UK made 16 stage fully adjustable shock absorbers complete with polyurethane bushes, boot colour maybe either blue or black due to current material shortages.
The Black Raptor Adjustable Dampers are designed as a vehicle specific performance replacement damper, with adjustable damping. They are adjustable (on-car) to suit individual driving styles and preferences. Ideal for use with any terrain and any vehicle weight as you can set the damping rates for your driving style and the local terrain.
Fitting Black Raptor sport dampers will transform the handling of your Jimny and are the best shocks for the Jimny!
A Black Raptor decal pack is also included in the kit free of charge.
The kit comes with the following components:-
4x +4" / 100mm Coil springs in either LHD or RHD
4x +4" / 100mm Black Raptor premium adjustable shock absorbers
4x HD CDS tubed +4" / 100mm castor corrected radius arms (bushes available as optional extra)
2x HD CDS tubed adjustable panhard rods, with a choice of Superpro bushes or Black Raptor bushes
1x extended braided brake hose set in a choice of 7 colours
4x Extended bump stops with new rubber
1x Anti roll bar / sway bar drop kit
1x High clearance crossmember
1x Cable support bracket kit
2x prop spacers or optional HD propshafts
1x Headlight bracket (Only needed for self adjusting headlights)
