The springs are made in the UK and have the complete range of heat treatment processes.
Hardening, quenching and tempering, all are digitally controlled to ensure the correct hardness is achieved.
Full shot peening, pre-setting and load testing ensure a long and fatigue free life.
Come powder coated in Black as more people were asking me for black springs!
Springs fit grand vitara's from years 1998 to 2005, if you have the XL7 model please ensure you pick the XL7 springs from the product options
