This kit allows you to fit an SJ / Samurai transfer box into your Suzuki Jimny, offering a much stronger and more reliable setup for off-road use, low-range crawling and high-torque gearing upgrades.

SJ PCD & Propshaft Compatibility

SJ / Samurai transfer boxes come with two different flange PCD patterns:

• 80mm PCD with 8mm bolt holes
• 85mm PCD with 10mm bolt holes

Depending on the flanges you get with your SJ / Samurai transfer box, we offer optional propshafts to suit these flanges. Our custom-made intermediate propshaft is supplied in 85mm PCD as standard. If your SJ box has the smaller 80mm PCD, you will need to drill new 80mm holes in the intermediate propshaft to match.

About Our Fitting Kit

Our kit includes both transfer box brackets required to mount an SJ/Samurai box into a Jimny. These brackets are reinforced with a central support ring, dramatically increasing casing strength and helping prevent the transfer box from cracking or exploding under the extreme torque produced by ultra-low gears.

Unlike cradle-style mounts, our system does not hang below the transfer box, meaning you can fit a transfer box guard with full clearance and keep the box protected from off-road impacts.

Pickup Sensor Ring Options

To keep your Jimny speedometer working correctly after the conversion, we offer 27, 28 and 29-tooth pickup rings. These are matched to tyre size for the most accurate speed reading:

• 27-tooth – recommended for 29–30 inch tyres
• 28-tooth – recommended for 31–32 inch tyres
• 29-tooth – recommended for 33 inch and above

What You Need to Complete the Conversion (Budget Option)

This fitting kit allows you to install an SJ/Samurai transfer box into your Jimny. For a cost-effective setup you will also need:

• An SJ / Samurai transfer box
• SJ / Samurai intermediate propshaft (prop spacers may be required)
• SJ / Samurai front propshaft to use on the rear
• You can retain the front Jimny propshaft for the front

Optional Upgrades / Full Conversion Options

For a complete plug-and-play solution, we offer:

• Custom-made Jimny intermediate propshaft specifically for this conversion
• Heavy-duty front and rear propshafts built to suit the SJ box conversion
• A rear propshaft adapter to allow the use of the Jimny CV-type rear propshaft when running the SJ/Samurai transfer box
