This complete lift kit raises your Grand Vitara by 3 inches (75mm) and is designed for models produced between 1999 and 2005. It fully replaces the entire suspension setup to provide a comprehensive upgrade for your vehicle.
The kit includes four 3” springs, custom-made in the UK to our exclusive design, with tailored spring combinations to suit all Grand Vitara models – from the 1.6 SWB petrol and 2.0TD LWB diesels to the XL7. Each spring undergoes a rigorous process of hardening, quenching, tempering, and digital control to achieve optimal hardness. They are then shot-peened, pre-set, and load-tested to ensure long-lasting, fatigue-free performance. To complete the process, they are finished with in-house automotive-grade powder coating for a durable and hard-wearing surface.
At the front, the kit features extended 3” gas-charged shocks, allowing for increased wheel articulation, ensuring excellent traction on off-road terrain. As a result of the lift, the CV joints would otherwise operate at steeper angles, so front differential drop brackets are included to reduce strain on the CVs. The kit also comes with new front control arms, extended forged track rod ends, and ball joints, with optional bushes to restore the wheels to their correct position. Additionally, camber bolts are provided to fine-tune alignment, especially if modifications such as HD bumpers or winches are fitted.
The rear of the vehicle is equipped with extended 3” gas-charged shocks, specifically tuned for the Grand Vitara, ensuring a comfortable ride on and off the road. New lower control arms, fully adjustable upper control arms, and an adjustable rear panhard rod with optional bushes are included to perfectly align the axle. The kit also includes a longer rear brake hose to accommodate the increased suspension travel, as well as a rear propshaft spacer with all necessary bolts, to fill the gap created by the lift and additional travel of the rear shocks.
All control arms and suspension brackets come with a Lifetime Guarantee for your peace of mind.
This kit provides everything you need for installation, with no additional parts required (unless you plan to use your own bushes – please contact us for more fitment details).
The kit comes in various specs, so some items are not in the photo's depending on model (eg XL7 models).
If you have an XL7 2003 on, this is normally the facelift model, it comes with a different drop bracket setup, please look here to see if you need this type of bracket.
If you have an XL7 Diesel model, this 3" kit will fit BUT under heavy articulation on the rear axle the propshaft will hit the chassis crossmember, to solve this you can have a custom propshaft made (smaller dia tube), re engineer the crossmember for extra clearance or source a V6 petrol XL7 propshaft with the centre bearing and change the end of the UJ to take the Diesel flange.
