Where can my order be delivered?

Your order can be delivered to any UK address and can be to the billing address or an alternative, except on your first order, which must be the same for security reasons. You can manage your address book in your My Account page. We are unable to deliver BFPO addresses.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE EVERYDAY, your order will be delivered by Royalmail, DHL and TNT depending on your location and weight of items

Overseas Postage Most small items will be sent via royal mail international signed for but most will be sent via DHL and all import duties and taxes are the customers responsibility as if you live outside the UK then your order will be liable to import duties and taxes on arrival, its the customers responsibility to pay these fees and DHL charge a handling fee also (rates available from DHL.com). Refusal to pay these fee's will result the parcel being returned to us and we will deduct the outgoing and return shipping fee's from any refund. Orders to the EU, we will collect any duties and taxes here in the UK and DHL will pay the fee's for you so when you order the price you see is the price to your door with no extra costs. This applies only to EU member states.

We use paypal as our payment processor and the website only accepts GBP currency, the website will allow you to change your currency but this is for guidance only (rates update every 24 hours), when you checkout you will be shown the GBP amount and this is what will be charged to your card, sometimes exchange rates can make this go up or down very slightly so please be aware.

The Cut of for shipping items is 12.30pm, Monday to Friday

What happens if I'm not in when you deliver?

If you, or the intended recipient, are not available, each time an attempt is made, our parcel carrier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

What if my parcel is damaged?

In the unfortunate situation that your items are delivered damaged please contact us via this website

Can I track my Order?

Yes you should get the tracking numbers via email within 24 hours, unless you have ordered a bespoke item that will take time to arrive like AVO or Trailmaster
